Before completing your purchase, please create an account through our online booking system. This ensures your membership, credits, bookings and account information are all easily accessible in one place.

Once enrolled, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your membership certificate code and a seperate email with your personal member discount code, and everything you need to start using your membership.

Each time you book a studio session, you’ll also receive your door access code and building QR access code by email prior to your booking.

All studio time is booked through our regular online booking system. Members will receive a certificate code to apply at checkout, which allows you to use your included membership hours without being charged the regular studio rate.

Simply select your preferred date and time, proceed through the booking process, and enter your certificate code at checkout.

Please note: Your certificate code cannot be combined with a discount code in the same transaction. If you’re booking additional hours beyond your available credits, please book those hours separately using your member discount code.

Your membership includes a set number of studio credits each billing cycle, with 1 credit equal to 1 hour of studio time. Credits can be used toward bookings at any time during your current billing cycle—they are not limited to specific months or dates.

Your next set of credits is released when your monthly membership renews, so the booking system will not recognize future credits when booking dates beyond your current available balance.

Please note that unused credits do not roll over into your next billing cycle, so be sure to use them before your renewal date.

Want to book ahead but don’t have enough credits yet? We’re happy to temporarily reserve your preferred date and time for you. Once your next set of credits is released, simply let us know and we’ll release the hold so you can complete the booking using your credits as usual.

Before purchasing your membership, we recommend creating an account through our online booking system. This will allow you to easily access and manage your membership information in one place.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your upcoming bookings, membership credit codes, remaining studio credits, renewal date, and upcoming payments.

Be sure to use the same email address for your account and membership purchase so everything stays connected.

Membership hours are subject to studio availability, so we strongly recommend booking in advance whenever possible. Unused membership hours do not roll over to the following month, including hours that were not booked due to your preferred dates being unavailable.

No. Membership credits must be used within your current billing cycle and cannot be carried forward. Your credits reset on your monthly membership renewal date, at which time your next set of credits will be issued.

Absolutely. Members can book as much additional studio time as they need and receive their membership discount on additional hours — 10% off with MOVĀ MOVE, 15% off with MOVĀ MOMENTUM, and 20% off with MOVĀ MODE.

Additional hours must be booked separately as the system only allows one discount/certificate code per transaction.

Yes. MOVĀ Members can book both weekdays and weekends, subject to availability. Please note that any single-hour bookings included with MOVĀ MODE must be booked on weekdays.

Yes. MOVĀ Memberships begin with a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial three months, your membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis.

Yes. Access to the cyclorama is included with all MOVĀ Memberships and Hourly Packages. All regular cyclorama rules, cleaning requirements, and damage policies still apply.

Yes. If your studio needs change, contact us and we can help move you into the membership tier that better suits your creative schedule. Changes will take effect with your next membership billing period.

MOVĀ 10, 20 and 30 Hour Passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving you the flexibility to use your studio hours when you need them.

Not at all. Hourly Packages are designed specifically for creators who want preferred studio pricing without committing to a monthly membership. Purchase your hours upfront and use them throughout the year.

After completing your initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing at least 30 days' notice. Your membership will remain active during the applicable notice period.
