PARKING + BUILDING ACCESS

  • 215 Queen St W Cambridge - Unit B-213

  • Please drive through the two buildings to the back

  • Park at the back of the building closer to Terroir Bakery side

  • Building access located in the corner behind Terroir Bakery

  • Use QR code after 5pm + Weekends (press QR code on bottom right)

  • You may unload at the doors then move your vehicle

  • Do not block traffic, entrances or fire routes

  • Additional parking available at the front or nearby streets

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Entry Instructions

  • Use QR code after 5pm + weekends to access the building

  • First door on the left to go upstairs - use fob again to access second floor door after 5pm and weekends.

  • Studio located on second Floor, down the hall to the left, Unit B-213

  • Input code at the unit then hold the check on bottom right until studio door unlocks

Arrival Time: Your booking begins exactly at your scheduled time. Do not enter before your booking time. Set up and tear down MUST occur within your booked window.
Washrooms are located down the hall by second floor entrance.

Check Out:

  • RESET FURNITURE AND PROPS // Be sure to take photos of the space as you found it and put everything back where it belongs after your shoot. Please respectfully leave the space the way you found it for our next clients.

  • You MUST leave the space before your time is up to not interfere with the following clients booking. Late departures incur overtime fees @ $50 every 10 minutes.

ROLLING WALLS

⚠ Our rolling walls are heavy and require proper handling.

IMPORTANT SAFETY RULE:
Rolling walls must be moved by TWO PEOPLE.

How to move safely:

  • Hands low — close to hip level

  • Move slowly and steadily

  • Never push from the top

CYCLORAMA WALL

Modern minimalistic living space with wooden flooring, black and beige chairs, white walls, large windows with white curtains, and a white partition wall with a small white table and two black chairs with a mirror.

Our cyc wall is a premium studio feature.
Usage Fee: $40 add-on per booking

✔ You MUST have clean shoes and step on the white sticky mat prior to walking on cyc wall.

✔Photographers/Assistants walking on wall MUST use provided disposable booties in silver bin

✔ No outdoor shoes, Clean indoor shoes only

✔ No dragging equipment or furniture on cyc wall

✔ No food or drinks on cyc wall

Important:
If the cyc wall add-on is not selected, it may not be used.
The studio is under video surveillence and you will be charged if used.

Damage & Repaint Fees:
Excessive scuffs, chips, liquid damages, marks or other damages may result in additional charges.

STUDIO RULES

CYC WALL USE:

  • Using the Cyclorama wall is a $40 fee

  • The studio is under video surveillence and you will be charged for usage if not selected when booking.

  • You MUST clean your shoes and step on sticky pads prior to stepping on cyc wall

  • Photographers/Assistants walking on wall must use provided booties in silver bin


ROLLING WALL USE:

  • Use at own risk

  • Walls must be moved by two people with one person stabilizing the wall from waist level. Moving wall alone may result in tipping due to uneven floors.

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building

  • No glitter, confetti, or loose particles of any kind

  • No open flames, candles, incense, or flammable materials

  • Respect your booked time — setup and teardown must be included

  • Respect neighbouring businesses within the building

  • No excessive noise or loud music

  • Dispose of all trash before departure

  • Leave the space as found (we recommend taking a photo upon entry)

  • Notify studio management immediately of any damage, spills, or issues

  • The studio may not be used for pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult film content

Failure to comply with studio rules may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the booking without refund. The studio is under video surveillance.
